Introduction<\/h4><p>This End-User License Agreement (\u201cEULA\u201d) sets out the terms and conditions for using the <strong>Praeda Mobili<\/strong> mobile application (the \u201cApplication\u201d). The Application is created and provided by <strong>Consigo Solutions Kft.<\/strong> (registered address: 7761 Koz\u00e1rmisleny, Orgona utca 24.2, Tax No.: 32345403-2-02, EU VAT No.: HU32345403).<\/p><p>By using the Application, the user (\u201cUser\u201d) accepts the terms of this EULA.<\/p><h4>2. Authorized Use<\/h4><p>The Application may be used solely for work-related tasks by:<\/p><ul><li>employees of the game meat processing company, and<\/li><li>hunters of hunting associations that have a contractual relationship with the processor.<\/li><\/ul><p>The Application is not public, may not be transferred or resold to third parties, and must be used only for its intended purpose.<\/p><h4>3. Intellectual Property<\/h4><ul><li>The Application and all of its components (source code, graphics, structure) are the intellectual property of <strong>Consigo Solutions Kft.<\/strong><\/li><li>Data entered or generated by Users (e.g., photos, notes) are the <strong>property of the game meat processor<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><h4>4. Restrictions<\/h4><p>The User is not permitted to reverse engineer, modify, copy, lease, or sell the Application, nor to use it for purposes other than its intended use.<\/p><h4>5. Limitation of Liability<\/h4><p>The Application is provided \u201cas is\u201d. <strong>Consigo Solutions Kft.<\/strong> does not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (including but not limited to losses arising from administrative errors or delays).<\/p><h4>6. Updates and Changes<\/h4><p>Consigo Solutions Kft. may update or modify the Application at any time. The updated EULA applies automatically to the use of new versions.<\/p><h4>7. Termination<\/h4><p>Access may be terminated with immediate effect by the game meat processor or by Consigo Solutions Kft. if the User breaches this EULA.<\/p><h4>8.
