End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) sets out the terms and conditions for using the Praeda Mobili mobile application (the “Application”). The Application is created and provided by Consigo Solutions Kft. (registered address: 7761 Kozármisleny, Orgona utca 24.2, Tax No.: 32345403-2-02, EU VAT No.: HU32345403).

By using the Application, the user (“User”) accepts the terms of this EULA.

2. Authorized Use

The Application may be used solely for work-related tasks by:

• employees of the game meat processing company, and
• hunters of hunting associations that have a contractual relationship with the processor.

The Application is not public, may not be transferred or resold to third parties, and must be used only for its intended purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

• The Application and all of its components (source code, graphics, structure) are the intellectual property of Consigo Solutions Kft.
• Data entered or generated by Users (e.g., photos, notes) are the property of the game meat processor.

4. Restrictions

The User is not permitted to reverse engineer, modify, copy, lease, or sell the Application, nor to use it for purposes other than its intended use.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is”. Consigo Solutions Kft. does not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (including but not limited to losses arising from administrative errors or delays).

6. Updates and Changes

Consigo Solutions Kft. may update or modify the Application at any time. The updated EULA applies automatically to the use of new versions.

7. Termination

Access may be terminated with immediate effect by the game meat processor or by Consigo Solutions Kft. if the User breaches this EULA.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Hungary.
